On Thursday, May 28, the "Kinki Block Governors' Conference" was held in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture,
and our "BloomOyster" was served at "Biwako Restaurant ROKU."
We are deeply grateful to everyone who gave us the opportunity to serve it.
"BloomOyster" is an oyster raised using the short-term fattening system
"that improves the quality and maintains the freshness of bivalves, including oysters, in a short period of time,"
which is being developed under the SBIR Phase 3 project.
With our short-term fattening system,
we will continue to contribute to the production of even higher-quality oysters and to enhancing the value of regional resources.
